With the right investments, I believe it's a matter of time to have the right people in the right place to deal with technology.

Soma, how does Microsoft feel about creating such kind of opportunities in other countires (such as Brazil)?

We do have a fairly large MSR (Microsoft Research) presence in China. There is a lot of interesting research work happening out of that team.
