&lt;p&gt;I have generated cutomized blog template, and created a blog from it. The problem is I do not see the controls for adding New Comments anymore.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Same problem occured even when I generated my own template from the original blog. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/p&gt;
