Make MS technology available in local languages

Lately I've been meeting and talking with people from the MIcrosoft Local Language Program, an effort to make our software available in more languages, particularly languages that are not generally served by the IT industry. They run a site called the Microsoft Community Glossary, that encourages anyone with web access to help make translations of terms used in software like Windows and Office. Anybody who registers can help do the translations. You can already download (free) special Language Interface Packs that make Windows XP work for special "minority" or "emerging" language markets like Catalan or Lithuanian.
