Another Speech blogger

Watch out! Robert Brown is another of our speech PMs who has a blog. Robert works on the Speech API, both the classic unmanaged one (SAPI) and the unmanaged System.Speech that we're doing for Longhorn. There's a lot to say about both of these, and Robert is an expert.
