Another voice-to-text transcription service

Remember my investigations on Dictomail, the transcription service claiming to be automated, but which I concluded is mostly human? Well Patrick just pointed me to MyJotter, a service that does much the same thing but specifically claims not to be a computer. Here's what they say on their FAQ:
MyJotter uses skilled human transcribers - not automatic speech recognition technology. Extensive tests have shown that only human operators are sufficiently capable of recognising the correct words in continuous speech, because they are able to understand the content and context of the sentence in which they are spoken.
Now isn't that a sad commentary on the state of speech? I better get back to work...
