Comments on DNS

I received the following comment after my recent posts on DNS and Vista.

I am a long standing user of DNS. Up to 8.0 legal. I have read the criticism of Nuance's shortcomings and agree. Support sucks, to use the vernacular. Having said that, the users groups and folks like knowbrainer really fill the gap. I agree getting rid of command and dictate in vista is a must. Headache and makes your program a bit tedious. Your vr engine works well. A macro command feature, ala nuance is a must. How about a legal user group. Lawyers and Docs make up a significant portion of the vocal users (no pun intended) of DNS (reason for the legal). Bring out vocabs for lawyers and remember that we need to make legal citations work. There is the "blue book" for lawyers on citation structures. Having that in a variant / available vocab structure would be a valuable addition. If you have lawyer like questions about what we need, let me know. I like the macros to access other programs, write letters (tying in outlook contacts to input a form letter would be a neat trick). Access to web addresses ala knowbrainers "add to weblist" would be wonderful.
