Looking for a good phone
My wife is on the board of Youth Theatre Northwest, a very small, stingy non-profit organization of between 5 and 10 employees (depends on how you count "employee"). They're looking for a good phone system.
Their staffers are not computer literate, so they want a phone that's easy -- not a lot of extra buttons that nobody can figure out how to use.
Of course I recommended she look at Response Point. Obviously, I'm biased but it's not just me who thinks so. Infoworld did a comparison that shows RP is the easiest, CRN says it's easiest to deploy, and the experts at TMCNet regularly say the same thing.

Anybody else have suggestions for good phones?
