Off to Disneyland

Whew, this has been quite a busy week, and I'm getting out of here. I'm taking my family to Disneyland tomorrow and won't be back in the office for another week.

We just finished a big review with Anoop Gupta, who runs Microsoft's Unified Communications Group.  Bottom line: Anoop "gets" speech, I think, and I came away feeling very awed about the ability of senior people at Microsoft to understand the strategic implications of technology and consider what we need in order to win for the long run (as in many years) not just the month-by-month revenue perspective we had when I used to work at Apple Computer. 

I'll try to write more over the next week, maybe when I'm tired of going up Space Mountain for the upteenth time.  I hope the weather in LA is nice.
