Back in the office

Well I'm back from the Happiest Place on Earth.  I guess that means I should be less happy now.  But what's not to be happy about?  Lots of cool things happened while I was gone:

The Speech Server team finished their Beta.  Lots of customers will be in town next week to hear more about it, and I'm looking forward to it.

The latest builds of 2007 Office are working great. I've already switched on my TabletPC (the one I carry and rely on every day) and I'm loving it. Get the Beta and try it yourself!

Vista is chugging along too. Several of us are using Vista now on our work machines and I'm seriously thinking of taking the plunge for myself.

Miguel Dias, our Director of the Portugal Language Dev Center is going to be here next week. There's a lot we want to do there and I'm looking forward to going over the details with him.  He's bringing Pedro, our new dev intern, to get him up to speed on our tools so they can make even more cool stuff.

I'll be out there next week. Let's try to touch base. I assume you will be setting in on some of the sessions?
