Visiting China

We have so much going on in Beijing that I really need to get out there more often than I do. So I'm going there next week, with Fil and Jon.  We want to meet with the TTS team and others who are doing work with us.  I'm hoping to see the people from Chinasoft and maybe a few other companies as well.

Theresa Wang, from my old MSTV group, is based there now and she's in th same building as the speech people, so I'm hoping to have some time to see her too.

We're staying at a hotel right next to the Microsoft offices, which is on the western side of the city and quite removed from the fun of downtown. Still, I'm sure we'll find a little extra time to see some of the city.

I'll be there from Saturday to Saturday (Nov 11 - Nov 18).  Let me know if you're there and maybe we can get together!
