New boss

My team delivers bits to all the major groups at Microsoft, so in some ways it doesn't matter too much where we are in the organization.  When I first joined a couple years ago, we were part of the Server/Tools business, last year we were in Office, and now we're in Unified Communications. 

Well, some of you know our former group GM, Rich Bray, who recently left Microsoft after more than 17 years here.  Now we have a new manager, Kirt Debique.  This week, Barbara Darrow wrote a short piece in Dr. Dobb's Journal, featuring him talking about Unified Communications and how he sees the future.
