Orlando training event

I'm in Orlando today on a very fast trip to help the MS Connections team get up to speed on Response Point.   It's not that hard to set up a Response Point system, so even though I'm only a few weeks into my new job, I'm able to talk about it with some confidence.  If you're a small business owner looking for a phone system, the product basically sells itself.  Still, I feel much better with Joe Schurman here doing the hands-on technical explanations.  He's done several webcasts already about Response Point and is a great resource for teaching others how to get started. (he's the guy standing in the front of the room).
