Sounds funny, I know!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;First, attendees had too many devices, around 3 each on average even with the IP address release set very quick. IP addresses got exhausted as we'd provisioned for 2 each. That got fixed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Second, the hotel switched on a competing conference WiFi network and it took us sometime to get them to switch that off (it has conflicting channel assignment).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Third, the satellite dish on roof then needed a touch of adjustment! We got that fixed. &lt;/p&gt;
