The Global Release Services team within the SQL Server organization is a central team providing a variety of services to one of the biggest development organizations in the world. We drive a lot of processes and business decisions which significantly impact both, our internal operations as well as our customers world wide. As promised we are working on releasing Service Pack 3 for SQL Server 2005. A Public CTP will be released first and we target the final web release prior to the end of year 2008.
The latest service Pack will contain the rollup of all CU's up until and including CU#9 from SQL Server 2005 SP2 and many of customer reported issues including watson reported issues.
