Since you mentioned that it is based on RDA I assume this means that you will also have to have IIS installed and configured on the device. Is that correct?

I hope not, as this seems like it could be a nice lightweight solution for sync'ing data from a Win Mobile PDA to a desktop database. However, if you require IIS that is quite a bit of configuration and a lot of resources required just to sync a small amount of data.

Either way, this is quite interesting news.

Is the beta available? I have an application that can use SQL 2005 Mobile to Access sync.

I have the download, but before I install I have a question. My ap will be using SQl Server Mobile 2005 instead on SQL Server Everywhere Edition, is that a problem?
