From “.NET Application Security” we now moved to “Performance & Scalability” project.... we pushed the Alpha bits of our guidance (Improving .NET Application Performance and Scalability) on PDC2003 DVD, later got the BETA1 bits on GotDotNet workspace (http://workspaces.gotdotnet.com/perfscal)
