There seems to be a contradiction w.r.t to Mini, if he wants to turn MS into a lean, mean efficient, customer pleasing, profit making machine, he should encourage the best GEEKS to join MS in full time positions and replace the COGS.

If he discourages talented ppl from joining MS that seriously raises issues abt his motives and his intentions. Btw MS is still the BEST place to work where u get to work on REAL products that change people's lives. I know so many friends that get rejected in campus interviews because of their policy that a false negative is better than a false poisitive.
