I am having a lot of trouble trying to access the Journals: both with passport, and with submitting the marketing info.

Can you simply remove these registration restrictions and assume that people downloading the journals are probably architects - it would save a lot of trouble!

Not yet. It just "hangs" after clicking the continue button on the Reader Profile page.
Is there an alternative download location?
