Exchange 12 is unsurprisingly Exchange Server 2007, Monad becomes Windows Power Shell (not really my thing but it must be cool if Hanselman likes it), MOM v3 is now System Centre Operations Manager 2007 and SMS v3 is System Centre Configuration Manager 2007.
