During our recent Microsoft Global Exchange conference in Orlando I caught up with Rajesh Jha who is GM for Office Live. He was talking about the beta use of the service in the US and the forthcoming UK beta so I took the opportunity to grab 5 mins with Raj for PTS-TV. Despite some very dodgy camera work from me I think it's a good insight in to the partner opportunity and how to prepare for Office Live. On the face of it, Office Live could be dismissed as a free website and some email addresses but this is going to mushroom in to a platform for SOHO business and ISV's I think and will spawn lots of new partnerships and business models. Integration to and migration from SBS is something we need to know more about but for small business partners in particular this should be interesting. It could of course be considered a threat so I asked Raj about that specicifically in the video.

Christian and Claire in our group will be exploring this area more with partners over the coming months as it comes to the UK so comment back here if you'd like to know more. Perhaps we should setup a meeting or two to discuss with you?
