With Dell and Ford both launching corporate blogs recently I guess it's no surprise to see BT joining the conversation. Some of their stuff like Avoid getting banned on Google reminds me of some of the useful info we have for small and startup businesses on BCentral. Some stuff just doesn't work for me though - like asking people to fill out a survey before granting them access to a Broadband Guide for Business. We're no better at times but in the blogosphere we're all going to have to learn it's about giving people stuff without barries and by building a relationship they'll come back - not because you send them some snail mail spam the next day offering a discounted broadband experience. People want to be treated like a human with a brain, no a customer number.

Mind you, just like I needed to find my voice on my blog, we should give the big guys a chance to too as at the end of the day, it's a real person (not an XBOX 360 I hope) behind the authoring of these blogs. Marianne has a good post on this with pro's and con's from readers.
