Nothing especially new in this piece in Business Week about the power of conversations but it's interesting to see it becoming more of a mainstream topic. Just wish a few more people around Microsoft "got it". I mean, we have some great marketing folks across the company but sometimes I think we just fall back to type and take a path of least resistance. In a world where people are bombarded with thousands of things trying to grab their attention on a daily basis, it's "doing the different" that stands out. Which made this ad I found via Kris today all the more pleasing. Someone in our MDAS group gets it and has a sense of humour!
