BBC Sport's Olympic Map with Virtual Earth
Jamie pointed me to this very cool interactive BBC Sport's Olympic Map that uses Virtual Earth. You can click on sports, zoom in, check out venues and more.
Clicking the different icons allows you to:
- find out more about the 37 Chinese Olympic venues
- read articles from journalists on BBC Sport's Olympics blog
- read Twitter updates from BBC Sport's journalists in China
Hats off to the BBC for their Web 2.0 approach to the games. I only wish they had the Silverlight based coverage that NBC will have.
