Hi,

Please help. I have been spending the past hour trying to find a place to enter a request for a strange IE7 behavior. I cant find anyplace on Microsoft to enter a blog or anything that the help says is there.

Here is my problem:

XP-pro

IE7

Same results when booting in Safe-mode or normal.

While the OS is STILL COMMING UP a click on IE will result in normal behavior in the history menu.

After everything is loaded (start menu items) If I open IE while the 1st IE window is open or not the history will display NO items except for the "By Most Visited".

Search will return the data for that specific search otherwise they fields remain blank. Not even the Today, Yesterday etc folders

3rd party programs can access the history and if I keep the 1st window open I can click Ctrl+N and open a window that HAS access to the history items.

ANY help, point or anything that can help me get an answer or a direction to get this to Microsoft would be appreciated.
