Remember that while the client is set for a set refresh period it is your signin info the client is using with the API and Twitter has a set number of time you can poll for new tweets within a minute.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you are running more than one client at the same time you are in effect doubling up on your polling and you may start seeing &amp;quot;connect&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;polling&amp;quot; errors from your client.&lt;/p&gt;
