&lt;p&gt;As to printing, we're really not comfortable providing a file that can be redistributed or printed. There are still too many people out there that don't respect IP rights. Regrettably, this means that we have to take measures that make it less convenient for everyone. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this causes. It's the price we have to pay to get current information to developers more quickly. &lt;/p&gt;

There is a way to get a printable version of the PDF but it's more expensive to discourage the nefarious... I've also been known to provide a printable PDF version on special request to those that I recognize as legitimate customers.
