About me:
I have worked as a Support Escalation Engineer for Microsoft Product Support Services for over 9 years supporting SMS and MOM. I was also the beta support engineer for ConfigMgr. In addition to this blog I have written multiple articles for TechNet magazine and have been tasked with various technical reviews for content related to SMS/ConfigMgr/MOM/OpsMgr. As of December 2007 I transitioned out of the PSS organization after 9 years of service and have joined the Dedicated Support Engineering team and remain focused on the same technologies..
