Need Help with my Chroma Key Pixel Shader Algorithm

I’ve just uploaded a simple demo application that shows the Silverlight 3 Chroma Key Effect in action.  If you don’t have the Silverlight 3 beta installed you will need to install it from here (the install link in the application will not work).

Math Fixed in Media Magnifying Glass Silverlight Sample

Thanks to a good mathematician that goes by the moniker of rambler.elf, I was able to fix the zooming problem with my Media Magnifying glass Silverlight sample .  After adding his fix, the zooming worked perfectly.  I made two additional enhancements

Encoding Formats for Silverlight Video

As you can see, I have been experimenting with posting video on my blog now that I have a HD Video Camera ( JVC GZ-HD7U ). I have been trying various encoding formats in Expression Encoder to get a good balance of bit-rate and quality. Here is my workflow:
