Interesting assessment, however do note there is a significant difference between the two. First, HealthVault is more of a platform with a central store for all this information. Second, Google is more of a data repository than a platform. That may change, but for right now it's interesting to note that Google is approaching this as 'it's all data' - that's missing the forest for the trees.
