5 potential retention mistakes
We've gotten some really good feedback both positively and negatively on the issue of retention during a recession. This is not an easy time for anyone, but there is always something to be learned. Like my father and grandfather used to tell me, "Tough times help build character." At the time this was the last thing I wanted to hear, but isn't lack of character what helped create this mess? Just a thought.
TechLeaders found a good article from Ross Blake that discusses 5 key mistakes that employers make in dealing with retention. I recommend taking a look and please provide your comments as to whether you have seen these first hand, or disagree with them.
