We want to hear from you!
We love to hear from you! Not a day, or a meeting, goes by without reviewing and discussing your feedback. Almost everything that goes on around here is identified, prioritized, and implemented based on your ratings and comments.
On behalf of the entire Office Online team, thank you for taking the time to rate a topic or leave a comment, especially if the topic isn’t helpful.
Here are some things we’ve done based on your feedback:
· Created photo calendars in Word and Publisher
· Provided a quick reference guide for Project 2007
· Built an “any year” calendar in Excel for easy use
· Provided instructions for how to display network templates in the Word 2007 New Document pane
· Created free receipt templates with automatic numbering and more than one receipt per page
We know we can always do a better job listening to you and acting on your advice. We’ve seen a few suggestions about ways in which you would like to engage with us and other users on the site, so are curious to learn how you communicate with your favorite sites today. How do you like engaging with the site, other users of the site, and experts? What brings out the “chatty” you? For example, do you read reviews by other users before you purchase something on Amazon or book a hotel on Expedia? Later on, do you go back and add your review to help others with their decisions?
What about sites, such as Wikipedia, that allow you to add and edit? If you could edit a Web page or share a how-to video on a site, would you?
Inquiring minds want to know and learn. Please share with us a few of your favorite ways to engage online with the general community, experts, and companies.
