Hello Tess .. Firstly Thanks for this article.. i have problem with Performance Session..

When i tried to do this i got an error :

The web site could not be configured correctly; getting ASP.NET process information failed. Requesting 'http://localhost:2160/Web/VSEnterpriseHelper.axd' returned an error: The information returned is invalid.

Do you have any idea ?

The web.config file X:\Web\web.config has been changed and backup information was lost.

Ok. i have resolved my own problem again:

I think this problem occures working with Source Safe.. When i did get lastest the Project, problem was solved...

Hi Tess,

While attempting to create the performance session for FeatureLoad.loadtest, I got the the "Illegal characters in path" error after hitting Finish, and no new items are created in the Performance Explorer window. Any ideas?

Hi Tess,

Is there a way that one can exclude certain functions during code profiling? A sample scenario is profiling integration tests where most of the time is spent prepping up data (e.g., database inserts). I would like these calls excluded from the report since I'm not really interested on these methods. On another level is exclusion of certain modules (e.g., System.Windows.Forms.dll); again the reports show a lot of method calls from these modules which I don't want to see at the moment.
