Exciting story on the adoption of Windows HPC Server 2008 for data intensive compute scenarios.

While I am a McLaren fan, this is a cool story on how Microsoft is bringing High Performance Computing to a range of scenarios.

Check it out at http://www.microsoft.com/hpc/en/us/default.aspx

In addition to this, McLaren is using SQL Server 2008 to store and analyze terabytes of data from their Engine Control Units.

These are awesome stories where high performance teams need high performance solutions, and they choose Microsoft!
