I find myself going to the web a lot for documentation (yeah I get the monthly CD from MSDN), but it would be really nice to have that all in a reader as a flow document that updates etc. can be live and cached for times when I am disconnected from the internet. The CD is a great resource, but I'd love to see an MSDN "reader" app based on wpf..

I am working to install the "orcas" preview and the Self-extracting image link brings me to the microsoft home page. I was wondering if this was just not up yet. The new preview sounds really great, because I am getting frustrated with the security issues using Vista with VS 2005..

Your comment about Blend is all to telling. I find myself moving back and forth between Blend and VS for projects. And I find Blend has some superior features (e.g. databinding) over Visual Studio and a better UX for visual work. So why not include a great tool from developers ( via the MSDN subscription)? Both Expression Blend and Expression Web carry feature sets that should be part of Visual Studio. Sorry for the rant! Congrats to the Orcas release.
