Visual Studio 2008 Beta 2 + Expression Blend 2 August Preview -- Now Working!

Have you attempted to use Visual Studio 2008 Beta 2 and Expression Blend 2 August Preview together to create a Silverlight 1.1a .NET application and not gotten very far due to various errors?  I sure did...

Well, the issue has been resolved with a refresh of Blend; grab it here.

I've been working on some Silverlight 1.1 applications and enjoying the experience of easily going back and forth between Visual Studio 2008 and Blend.  Just remember that Silverlight 1.1 is only at the alpha stage and is therefore far from being feature complete or extremely reliable.  But it does give you a sense of what the possibilities will be.

As I finish up some of my test applications, I'll post some of them here.  Mind you, I'm not a designer -- Blend in my hands is somewhat akin to oil paints in the hands of my 3 year old son.
