I got an email recently from Phil Vaira about a new RPG he was working on.. So, like I normally do, I went and checked out the link. What I found though was a new post detailing his 'advice' on native DX vs Managed DX. Naturally, I read that as well.

Game Developers Conference...

In a little over twelve hours from now I leave once again for the annual Game Developers Conference . This year there are a few things different.. One, it's earlier in the year than previously.. Two, it's in San Francisco rather than San Jose this year..

Interview..

Jason Olson recently conducted an interview with me about various Managed DirectX topics.. I imagine some people might enjoy that kind of stuff. Oh, and also, before anyone asks, I don't expect to agree to anymore interviews in the short term. =)

Books, Books, and more Books..

For me personally, it's great to see a number of books coming out using Managed DirectX (even if I am the one writing some of them). Like Dave already mentioned in his blog he has a book on .NET gaming coming out around the same time as this years GDC
