&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face=Verdana size=2&gt;By default the button that you drag and drop on design form, is only supported single-click event. In fact, the .net compact framework does not support double-click event.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face=Verdana size=2&gt;If you insist want to have double-click event for the button on your application, the only way you can do is to create a custom button control to have double-click event.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face=Verdana size=2&gt;Here is an article talk about how to create a double-click event button.
