STEP 1
Create a Web gadget or Sidebar gadget

STEP 2
Submit gadget to Windows Live Gallery https://gallery.live.com/

(i) Submit your gadget to https://gallery.live.com/submit.aspx?l=1 Note: You must sign in with your Windows Live ID. If you have a MSN Hotmail or MSN Messenger account, you can use it as your Windows Live ID.

(ii) Ensure you have add the tag (bog) for your gadget during the submission to Windows Live Gallery for easy retrieval.

(iii) Get your gadget URL ready before filling up the contest participation form in Step 3

STEP3
Submit your contest entry at https://www.bestofgadgets.com/ 

STEP 4
Microsoft select 10 gadgets from the submission for voting

STEP5
Voting starts 1 May 2007 and ends at 11.59pm, 15 May 2007

STEP 6
Top 6 gadgets by Unique Votes and 3 lucky voters will win a HP iPAQ rw6828 each
