The " Internet Explorer AddOn " Contest (the "Contest") is a skill contest in which participants are asked to create an extension program (AddOn) for the Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) browser. Entries will be judged based on the criteria listed below. The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. (PT) on November 1st, 2006, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on February 9th, 2007 (Entry Period).
