The Copenhagen Airlift Day 2
Hi all
Today was very much detail day, with lots of demo's of NAV 5.0 functionality.
For me the 2 highlights were Service Management enhancements and the new Outlook integration. While this is not the place to get into deep functional descriptions, I think that the partner community will agree with us here that these are making both areas much usable by many more types of customers.
Partners can get a look-see at these areas, and many others by joining the monthly call on 9th of this month.
