Seattle Area Bloggers Needed for Microsoft User Research Study
So here I am blogging about needing bloggers for a blogging study - how cool is that? Unfortunately they're not letting Microsoft employees take part in this one, otherwise I'd be all over it.
What we really need are Seattle area people who maintain and update a blog frequently, and who subscribe to RSS or XML feeds. We're looking for a good mix of ages and genders for this study so please don't hesitate to let me know if you're interested. For this study we're not using IT Pros, so if you're a full-time Developer, SysAdmin, etc we have many other studies for you but not this one.
In this 2-hour lab study at the Microsoft main campus in Redmond, you'll be talking directly to a User Research Engineer and using new software under development. The Researcher will ask for your honest feedback during the study. We really want to know what you like, don't like, love, and hate about the user experience. This feedback gets translated into an improved product and a better user experience for the final end users.
For your participation, we'll give you your choice of retail software or hardware from our extensive list. Current titles include the latest Xbox, Xbox 360, and PC games, keyboards, Microsoft Office, Windows, productivity software and much more.
Scheduling is happening right now and we have a limited number of slots. If you would like to be considered for participation, please sign up online here:

then send me an email with a subject of 'Blogger'.
