About Sethu Srinivasan
I am a developer in SQL Server team. Currently our team owns SQL Agent, Data collector, Database mail components. I have been working on Data collector for the past year.
I have been with Microsoft SQL Server team for the past 10 years. Started my career at Microsoft as a tester and later become a developer in SQL 2005 timeframe. I was one of the developer in SQL 2005 upgrade Advisor, SQL BPA 1.0, SQL 2008 Policy based management, SQL 2008 Resource governor UI, object model.
I am interested in learning from real world DBAs on how we can simplify day to day administrative tasks in SQL Server by delivering better management tools that can be used interactively as well as in unattended scripted approach.
