• Shitanshu is currently ConfigMgr Production Manager in Management Platforms and Service Delivery (MPSD) team which provides Software Delivery Service to some key external corporate customers as well as internally at Microsoft IT • Shitanshu is primarily responsible & accountable for managing a incident & problem management team for ConfigMgr07/SMS hierarchy to ensure the health of our service delivery, as well as ensuring that our services are available to provide software delivery services to our worldwide customers • Shitanshu has joined Microsoft India in 2004 as SMS Technologist and relocated to Microsoft (Seattle) United States in 2007 • SMS administration for more than 7 years since SMS 2.0 days • Almost 2 years as a Lotus Domino Administrator and Cisco network engineer • Also 3 years as an Application & Web developer
