About Paul Laberge

Paul Laberge is an Web Platform Advisor for Microsoft Canada. In this role, Paul is responsible for working with System Integrators, Web Design Agencies, Custom Development Firms and IT Jack-of-all-Trades to enable their success using the Microsoft application platform. His focus is primarily to empower companies by embracing the new and exciting web-based technologies that Microsoft offers, including Silverlight, ASP.NET, Expression Studio, Visual Studio and Sharepoint. Paul has been with Microsoft since January, 2007. Paul brings a wealth of IT experience, having worked in the IT and Management Consulting industry for 10 years, including 7 years in a “Big 4” consulting firm. In his roles as a consultant, Paul was primarily focused on managing large scale implementations of custom development solutions across a number of different technologies and industry verticals as well as providing strategic consulting expertise to some of the largest companies in Canada and the United States. In his free time, Paul enjoys golf, playing guitar, reading, hobby programming and playing on his XBox 360 (albeit not too well).
