About Tom Schultz

Tom Schultz is a Web Solutions Architect for Microsoft Services' Global Practice. Tom previously was a Program Manager for the Commerce Server Product Unit managing the Commerce Server 2009 Technology Adoption Program (TAP) and focusing on research & community. He has delivered e-commerce solutions for customers & partners such as Carnival Cruise Lines, Shoes.com, and Amway Global. His experience in Commerce Server includes Commerce Server 2009, Commerce Server 2007, Commerce Server 2002, Commerce Server 2000, and a rusty Swiss Army knife named Site Server Commerce Edition. His interest in software was sparked in the early 1980's when bored with his Atari 400 games he discovered a BASIC manual in the box. A self proclaimed geek, Tom spends his spare time dreaming of adaptable mesh sensor networks, robots, and game development.
