Cool Debugging Tips
Back in September, Mahesh Krishnan, a consultant in Australia posted a great blog that I thought I’d link to. Mahesh blogged about 10 of the cool, and many times overlooked, debugging features of Visual Studio 2008. Here’s some of the items:
- Stepping into the Framework source
- Moving the execution point
- Step into Specific
- Step over properties and operators
- Tracepoints
- Conditional breakpoints and tracepoints
- DebuggerDisplay attribute
- DebuggerTypeProxy attribute
- System.Diagnosatic Namespace
