Does this also work with EDM or LINQ2SQL Entities or is the Proxy Type Reuse limited to Data-set/table/row inherited/partial types?

I must be missing something because I'm not seeing access to NorthwindDataSetTableAdapters.CustomersTableAdapter. On Beta2, I'm seeing "Warning Namespace or type specified in the Imports 'NorthwindDataSetTableAdapters' doesn't contain any public member or cannot be found. Make sure the namespace or the type is defined and contains at least one public member. Make sure the imported element name doesn't use any aliases."

The Types are in the DataSetDesigner, but somehow not accessible? Is there a missing step?

Hello Scott, I tried to walk through the demo on a Beta2 drop on my end and I noticed that I had missed an Imports statement for the WCF Service Contract implementation. ("Imports DataAccessLayer"); does that fix your problem?

Adrian, I know that Proxy Type Reuse works for far more than just System.Data types, but as for DLINQ designer specifically I'll need to investigate. Let me get back to you on that...

Is it possible to host your images on a microsoft site? Flickr is blocked at many enterprises by proxy servers and I can't see any of the images in this article. Thanks!
