Our goal in blogging is to enhance our customer’s understanding of our current process and continue a positive interaction about issues we feel are important to customers. We always value feedback from our customers however the primary goal of this blog is not a replacement for the support forum in place designed for that purpose. Comments to blogs requesting support will be courteously redirected to the support forums (see helpful links below) for additional help. Specific bugs are best addressed in that forum. Suggestions in general for improvement or highlighting areas that are customer pain points are welcome. We do want to maintain an ongoing positive relationship with all our blog readers and thank you for your passion about our products.
