"US 19, WV" doesn't really narrow it down very much. I spent a few minutes carefully poring over the stretch between interstates 64 and 77 (where the famous New River Gorge bridge is and most of the other interesting stuff on route 19).
How about a town, or a county, so I don't have to spend the next 12 hours obsessively poring over all however-many miles of route 19 there are in W.Va. making sure I didn't miss a spot. (grin)
