When Macedonia will be updated with more detailed map like streets in USA? Are there any plans of doing that?
Those Virtual Earth guys just never stop. The March release of VE has them pumping out 42.85
Meh ... Canada gets no love. When do we get "Obliques"??
2 answers:
Macedonia: We have the route geometry, but not the road names. This is because Navteq hasn't provided us with the road names.
Canada: You'll be getting A WHOLE LOTTA LOVE soon. I just saw the pipeline and you will be pleasantly surprised very soon...and, no, soon does not mean 12 months. :)
thanks veblog - i've been anxiously awaiting the update and lving up north. can't wait. btw, i love the service ... far and above better than the competition though the business search doesn't seem as accurate.
Any centralized list showing the estimated "freshness dates" of both ortho and oblique imagery? Or is there a way to derive that by examing the tiles?
Not yet. The data comes from a number of different sources, but we are aware that this is something developers want in the platform.
Any estimate as to when parcel data will start showing up?
We can't discuss future development.
